Tammy Jones co-chaired the SToPP 5K Walk/Run in Battery Park City on Sunday, October 18, 2015.  SToPP (Stop, Think, Protect your Peers) is sponsored by the New Agenda Foundation to raise awareness of, and work towards ending, the epidemic of sexual assault on campus.  Basis Investment Group was a Corporate Sponsor of this event.  The New Agenda is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of ALL women and girls by bringing about systemic change in the media, at the workplace, at school and at home. The New Agenda seeks to advance women into leadership roles, encourage women to have a voice and promote safety and awareness.

In addition to the main run in Battery Park City, members of our Young Women Leadership Council also hosted walk/runs on their campuses at the University of Rochester, University of Delaware and Cornell University. The New Agenda is also launching media and social media activities to raise awareness and create change.
