The conference, which took place on February 12, 2016 in Albany, NY was introduced by Thomas DiNapoli, New York State Comptroller, led by Vicki Fuller, NYSCRF Chief Investment Officer and featured keynote speaker Penny Pritzker, U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
