New York, NY—July 6, 2020—Basis Investment Group LLC (“Basis”), a leading national commercial real estate investment platform, recently announced that Founder and CEO Tammy K. Jones will join the Board of Directors for the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (“Mack-Cali”) (NYSE: CLI), a Jersey City-based real estate investment trust.

Founded in 1997, Mack-Cali is an owner, manager and developer of premier office and multifamily properties in select waterfront and transit-oriented markets throughout New Jersey.
Ms. Jones joins five new and four existing chairs charged with overseeing corporate governance at Mack-Cali. In addition to Jones, the newly reconstituted Board will now include Alan R. Batkin, Michael Berman, Frederic Cumenal, A. Akiva Katz, Nori Gerado, Mahbod Nia, Howard S. Stern and newly elected Chair MaryAnne Gilmartin.

Jones was formerly an Independent Director for Monogram Residential Trust (NYSE:MORE), is Vice Chair of Basis Impact Group.
Ms. Jones received an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University and is currently a Trustee of The Georgia State University Foundation, sits on the university’s investment and real estate committees, and was honored as a Distinguished Alumni in 2017. She received her BA in Economics from Cornell University and is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.
