From Monday August 26 to Friday August 30, Basis Investment Group will be operating with a reduced staff as we take a Companywide Recharge Week.

This initiative isn’t simply a vacation, it’s a synchronized, companywide pause for rest and revival. This additional paid leave is specifically designed to allow our employees to disconnect, prioritize their mental and physical health, and prevent burnout. No one will return to a companywide backlog of emails, meeting notes and project requests. Instead, we encourage our staff to spend time this week engaging in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment.

A select team will continue operations during this week, with their own recharge period scheduled for an alternative week.
